All orders placed with Invictus Athletics have a processing time of 7-14 business days from the date of order confirmation. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. Invictus Athletics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy:
30-Day Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, except for items discounted 30% or more, which are final sale.
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for refunds and exchanges. Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in an alternate size. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Have all original tags attached (if applicable).

Be free from pet hair, lint, odors, stains, or excessive pilling.

Swimwear must have the original liner attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied and returned at the customer’s expense.
Return Process:

Contact our support team at InvictusAthleticsLLC@gmail.com. to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Package the item securely and include the RA number.

Ship the item to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Denials:
Any return delivered beyond 45 days of the original delivery date may be denied. If a return is denied, we will notify you via email and ship the item back to you within 4-7 business days.
Sale Items:
Items discounted 30% or more are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

90-Day Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of Invictus Athletics products with a 90-day Warranty from the date of delivery. This policy covers manufacturer defects and product issues occurring within this timeframe.

Reporting a Warranty Issue:
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please submit a support request to InvictusAthleticsLLC@gmail.com immediately. Failure to notify our team before shipping a return may result in the item being subject to our standard Returns Policy, including any associated costs.
Dye Process Disclaimer:
Our apparel undergoes a custom dye process to create unique color palettes. As a result, there may be slight variations in fit, compression, and fabric texture between colors. Additionally, color may appear differently under various lighting conditions or across different fabrics.
Sheerness and Care Guide:

Some items may exhibit sheerness at full stretch; this is not considered a defect. If sheerness is a concern, please return within the return timeframe.

Are Sale Items Covered?
Items purchased directly from Invictus Athletics, including discounted items, are covered under our 90-day Warranty Policy. However, items discounted 30% or more are final sale and ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
